Finding the winning-concept-fast!
Sugar is a commoditized category with little differentiation and characterised by promotional shopping. Our client shares a leadership position but was seeing loses to Dealer Own Brands. A pack design change was embarked upon to improve shelf-stand out and create differentiation through association with proudly South African cues. Using an online survey through our African Pulse Community, 900 participants were surveyed in 2 days and 7 pack options evaluated. The strongest pack was identified with further optimisations recommended.

Transform your CX strategy
A multinational listed company, with an established VOC program, required a more comprehensive CX strategy and measurement system across various touchpoints and markets. The existing program was delivering poor response rates and lacked insight for leveraging action and change within the business.

Formulating tactics to improve brand sentiment
Our client wanted to track their reputation and evaluate the impact and ROI of their public facing activity to guide the business in building and managing its reputation into the future. An annual online tracker amongst Ugandans was conducted and performance of KPI’s including familiarity, favourability, advocacy and sentiment was tracked all relative to competitors. Client implemented our recommendation to get involved at a grassroots level by hosting community volunteering initiatives and continue boosting programmes that support the locals.
