Training and Development

We offer our interns internationally certified courses to keep them at the cutting edge of what they’re doing. To maximise knowledge, we also let them spend time on different projects, giving them the widest possible range of exposure and hands-on experience.

Annual Wellness Day

The lifestyles of people in the workforce are important both for the sake of their own health and for the sake of their employer's productivity. IQbusiness hosts an annual Wellness Day onsite to assist employees by improving health, morale and productivity.

A Sense of Fun

We know our graduates work hard, but we want them to play hard, too. We make sure there’s always plenty to keep our interns engaged through our SoChill club, where they can partake in sports, fitness, cooking, and theatre. The club organises special tickets to major events around Joburg too.

Rewards and Incentive Programmes

The objective of the Rewards and Incentive programmes is to assist in the rewarding and wellbeing of employees at IQbusiness. What’s the point of asking our interns to go above and beyond, if they’re not even rewarded for it? We give our participating graduates points for being exceptional. These can be cashed out for vouchers at various retailers.


The Foundation is a leadership forum within IQbusiness. The members of the Foundation champion our purpose by coordinating our activities across key relationships and initiatives that impact the society in which we operate and live. We offer our interns the opportunity to get involved and give back to various initiatives.
