As a change agent, have you been asked to show transformation value quickly? Do value streams feel unclear, and delivery slowed by portfolio bottlenecks? Implementing SAFe®, delivered by Scagilize a Scaled Agile Gold SPCT Partner, equips you to lead a real transformation from first principles to sustained practice. You learn how to identify value streams, launch Agile Release Trains, and align portfolios with strategy through Lean Portfolio Management. You also practice coaching leaders, configuring SAFe to organisational context, and applying responsible, practical AI techniques (including SAFe® CoPilot guidance) to improve analysis, facilitation, and decision‑making.
You’ll leave ready to guide change with confidence and measurable outcomes. Completing the course and exam earns the SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) certification, conferring the authority to train and certify selected SAFe® courses and unlocking ongoing resources for your role.

Who should attend?
Change agents and professionals leading a Scaled Agile (SAFe®) transformation, including Agile Coaches, Programme and Project Managers, Product Managers, Software Engineers, Programme Directors, Platform Architects, and Release Train Engineers.
Pre-requisites
All professionals are welcome to attend, regardless of prior experience.
Desirable: Any other SAFe®, Lean, or Agile certification.
Helpful experience: Prior exposure to SAFe® and Lean-Agile ways of working and to coaching or leading change in a large organisation.
