Digital Integrator launched through the merger of iqbusiness and +OneX
Reunert Group (JSE: RLO) has completed the merger of its subsidiaries IQbusiness and +OneX into a business and technology services “Digital Integrator” under a united refreshed iqbusiness brand, the launch of a new tech design, build and operate division and an innovation agency.
iqbusiness is the Digital Integrator within the Reunert ICT Segment, and is led by Adam Craker as CEO. iqbusiness brings together nearly 1500 team members across its consumer insights, consulting, technology and managed services capabilities covering local, African and international markets. A new division, “iqx”, emphasises the technology capabilities in the merger and the “midnight” agency brings focus to client innovation and digital ecosystems.
The merged entity, which proudly holds a Level 1 B-BBEE certification, combines leadership teams, with Rob Godlonton and René Bredenkamp from +OneX now as the Managing Partner, Solutions Services Group and Chief Financial Officer of iqbusiness, respectively. Integration of the broader leadership team ensures the merger has streamlined the client and market-facing activities to provide a seamless experience for clients.
