We are seeking an experienced senior project manager to lead strategic compliance and regulatory initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact projects, ensuring operational readiness and regulatory alignment across complex systems and processes. You will play a pivotal role in driving the JIBAR to ZARONIA transition, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering projects that meet stringent governance and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Project Leadership
- Lead the JIBAR to ZARONIA transition project, ensuring seamless implementation across systems, processes, and products.
- Align project delivery with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Allocate and optimise resources to ensure successful delivery under tight deadlines.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure project success.
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, compliance standards, and internal policies.
- Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and compliance metrics.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in financial services.
- Expertise: Proven track record in delivering compliance/regulatory projects.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial services regulations, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK, Prince2).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification highly desirable.
