Tom has spent the last 25 years working in the FMCG Industry and has held senior leadership positions at Gillette SA, GSK, Virgin, Bristol-Meyers Squibb and Foodcorp. He is a strong leader, and during his career has headed up sales organisations in both multi-national and South African businesses, focusing on world-class customer and client management.

Throughout his career, Tom is fortunate to have been exposed to international best practice in managing global retailers and developing world-class sales organisations. He was part of the leadership team and board that developed Foodcorp into the formidable business it is today – which resulted in a successful acquisition by the RCL Group.

Tom’s areas of expertise include strategic client and customer management, sales, new product development and innovation, customer and trade marketing, supply chain management and category management.
