Liza Clay
Change Management and Organisational Design

 

Liza currently leads the Organisational Development and Change team, and contributes as an Associate Partner to the larger Human Performance offerings within IQbusiness. She has over 14 years of experience in large-scale organisational transformation programmes, which includes the design and deployment of operating models, business start-up and turn-around initiatives, leadership development, and change management.

Prior to IQbusiness, Liza was a Global Change Management Director in SABMiller and ABInbev (post acquisition). In this role, she was accountable for leading the people change agenda for all global initiatives – system, integration, and transformation – across nine global zones. Previously, she started and managed Change-Worx, a boutique HR advisory firm. Her experience spans the FMCG, financial services, mining, telecommunications, public sector, and healthcare industries.

Liza has an Honours Degree in Psychology, which she obtained from the University of Johannesburg. She also trained under Michael Hammer for Business Process Management, Re-engineering, and Change Management.
