Fred Axsel is a Key Account Director who is responsible for aligning the objectives of important account clients to our specific services – ensuring that the right solutions, competencies, and skills are correctly applied to solve our clients’ problems and achieve their goals. He is responsible for managing client relationships, and is accountable for excellence of delivery across all our interventions.
Fred has worked as a Management Consultant for the past 15 years. He started out at The Hackett Group – an international benchmarking and advisory firm based in London. This provided a steppingstone to London’s PwC Finance Advisory Practice, where he led a team of consultants that served UK and European clients. His experience and relationships made him the perfect fit for The Hackett Group Relationship Lead within IQbusiness, as at the time, The Hackett Group was looking to establish a footprint in Southern Africa. The role eventually evolved, resulting in Fred heading up the IQbusiness Strategic Advisory Practice, and, more recently, stepping into the role of Key Account Director.
Fred has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in Business Administration, Economics, and Marketing. He is also a Prince II Practitioner, and a certified Process Professional.
