REDEFINING SUCCESS IN BUSINESS
IQbusiness is a Conscious Company – a certified B Corporation. We are now part of an elite community of over 2000 Certified B Corps around the world. We are all working together to redefine business success.
Our B Corp certification came about thanks to the work we have done, and continue to do, with Partners for Possibility – an education-based social enterprise. As our business grew, we realised that our success lay beyond making profits. As a result, we now focus our attention on making a measurable social impact.
We are using our business as a force for good, to grow people, to grow business, and most importantly, to grow the continent. We want to lead Africa into an era of economic prosperity.
Over the years, IQbusiness has established itself as a successful and responsible corporate citizen, committed to growing people, growing business, and growing Africa.
The Foundation is a leadership forum within IQbusiness. The members of the Foundation champion our purpose by coordinating our activities across key relationships and initiatives that impact the society in which we operate and live.
Our goal is to provide a platform for all IQers to play a role in our integrated growth initiatives as we strive to use business as a force for the good.
Our employees are involved in multiple initiatives relating to wildlife responsibility programmes, including sponsoring events and project involvement with the Endangered Wildlife Trust.
