What made the IQbusiness Grad Programme different?

Coming out of university, there is a sense of feeling confused or lost and not knowing what comes in the next stages of your life. The Graduate Programme (and my experience since) has helped me find my place in the working world and building my career. IQbusiness has also helped me develop as a human with a focus on balance, family and volunteer work.

Can you share an experience at IQbusiness that demonstrates on of our values?

Everyday, I experience the value “Care”. Every IQer that I have ever needed assistance from, has always been very helpful and thoughtful in their interactions from something as simple as asking for assistance in the kitchens to needing some time off work to focus on a family emergency. It is also one of the reasons that I have stayed this long, the belief that being a good employee includes taking care of yourself and those around you.
