Job Description
IQbusiness is looking for either Developer or Functional skills aligned to D365 projects. The role will require expertise and guidance in the pre-sales, architecture, development and configuration of Microsoft D365 Customer Experience and D365 Finance and Operations including Common Data Services and the Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities and/or output areas include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in attraction, onboarding, development and retention of D365 employees
- Provision of Pre Sales support to the Client Development team to assist in closing D365 opportunities
- Architecting solutions on behalf of clients focused on providing business value utilising Agile principles
- Guiding teams in the deployment and delivery of D365 solutions across Customer Experience, F&O, Common Data Services and Power Platform
- Provide continuity in D365 solution decisions through PARTICIPATION in project planning, review, and quality assurance activities
- Must be able to come up with innovative solutions to customer problems while maintaining adherence to Microsoft best practices and supported development approaches
- Client facing role must be able to gather requirements from customers and translate these into CRM design and implementation
Requirements
- Matric plus applicable tertiary equivalent experience or preferably, an ICT relevant diploma or degree from a recognised tertiary institution
- 3+ years experience in development or function configuring, customising and integration of D365 solutions
- D365 Fundamentals and/or Power Platform Fundamentals highly advantageous
- Other D365 certifications would also be advantageous
- Software development experience with aligned to D365 and/or Power Platform is Advantageous
- Deep knowledge of D365 components, design, entities, customisation, configuration, integration and implementation
- Agile Scrum software development practices and disciplines and team-based software implementation/development
- Customisation and Implementation D365 across several business lines
