Overview
Our course provides new and existing Product Owners with a roadmap, tools and techniques to kick start (or restart) any Agile initiative. After attending the course, Product Owners (and the Business Analysts that support them) will be able to confidently guide and direct a Development team to deliver value using Agile artifacts and soft skills learned in this course.
Pre-Requisites
All are welcome to attend the course regardless of experience, However, the following prerequisites are recommended: Delegate should have attended a Agile foundational course or similar Agile training, ideally playing the role of a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an Agile team
